So much so that the Trading Post Fiber  The 4th of July Holiday is now a week long celebration! And you know how we celebrate…with knitting, spinning & crocheting and sale, of course!

The July 4th Blast Sale will continue through Saturday, when we will be open from 10-5.

Wool:

Available in two gauges of carding cloth:

• 72 points per square inch (an all-purpose carding cloth), and
• 112 points per square inch (great for fine wool and downy fibers).
• Available with curved or straight backs.

Cotton:

• Wider than wool carders
• Available with curved or straight-backed paddles.
• 208 points per square inch - excellent for cotton and other short fibers

• Small, single carder with 72 points per inch
• Used to separate and tease fibers in preparation for spinning by working the fiber against either a stiff piece of leather or heavy canvas
